Managing Secure, Interoperable Land Mobile Radio Communications

WAVETM is a software application suite that manages secure, real-time group communications over the IP network, and with WAVE for LMRTM, you can enable interoperable communications over any type of two-way radio, phone, or PC.

WAVE for LMR can work with both legacy and new radios, as well as with any analog or digital two-way radio system - including UHF, VHF, TETRA, iDEN, SELCAL, GSTAR, and P25. Plus, WAVE quickly connects with other interoperability solutions from Raytheon (JPS), Telex/Vega, Sanmina SCI, Daniels, and Motorola. WAVE even supports specialized radio requirements, including tone injection, hardware signaling devices, and voltage manipulation.

In addition to radios, WAVE for LMR also connects PCs, analog and digital PBX phones, IP phones, cell phones, and PDAs thanks to the WAVE Desktop Communicator and WAVE IP Phone ClientTM, which let PC and IP phone users easily communicate with two-way radio users.
