Supported Devices
The WAVE Connections service requires that a user’s smartphone run a WAVE Mobile Communicator application. It’s the WAVE Mobile Communicator that lets your smartphone operate as a push-to-talk device.
WAVE Mobile Communicators are currently available for select BlackBerry and Windows Mobile devices.
A WAVE Mobile Communicator is available for select BlackBerry smartphone devices. Windows Mobile 6.x and for Windows CE 5.0.

A WAVE Mobile Communicator is available for Windows Mobile 6.x smartphones and for Windows CE 5.0 devices.
There are too many Windows Mobile and CE devices to list here, but a sample of supported devices include:

WAVE Mobile Communicators are not currently available for Microsoft Phone 7 or iPhone devices. You will not be able to participate in the WAVE Connections service if you only have access to either of these devices.
