This section describes an optional procedure for allow WAVE Clients to identify (see on their console) the name of a person communicating using a WAVE Nortel Communicator client. If you want other WAVE clients, such as the Desktop Communicator, the Dispatch Communicator or the Web Communicator, to display the name of the user on the Nortel phone when they transmit, then use the following procedure.
