Brent Early and Ryan Buma Strengthen Twisted Pair Solutions’ Executive Management Team
Seattle, Washington, USA – May 18, 2010 – Twisted Pair Solutions, a pioneer of Radio-over-IP (RoIP) and the maker of WAVE® unified group communications software, has expanded its executive management team by adding Vice President of Global Sales, Brent Early and Vice President of Marketing & Business Development, Ryan Buma.

As Vice President of Global Sales, Brent is responsible for the direction and management of all WAVE software sales, including market competitiveness, pricing, and channel strategy. Prior to joining Twisted Pair Solutions, Brent held senior sales and management positions at Tumbleweed Software, Cisco, Juniper and OSIsoft. Brent has served in leadership roles with several start-ups including Active Voice Corporation which was later purchased by Cisco.
As Vice President of Marketing & Business Development, Ryan is responsible for leading the business development, product management and marketing functions. Ryan brings more than 19 years of technology and management experience from industry leading publicly traded companies to early stage and venture-backed start-ups. Prior to joining Twisted Pair Solutions, Ryan held management positions for leading companies such as Ascentium, Microsoft, Qsent, Captura, SteelPoint Technologies, Watermark Software, Epicor and Accenture.
