Lifecycle
Twisted Pair Solutions has a consistent and predictable lifecycle
policy designed to
standardize support guidelines for WAVE software. Product lifecycle policies provide advanced notification of planned changes in product availability and
support. This information helps customers and partners with product
planning and information technology decisions.
Policy
End of Version (EOV) shall occur on the date a new version is made Generally Available (GA) and no new systems of the previous version are made available.Bug fixes are supported and license add-ons are available.
End of Life (EOL) shall occur 18 months after EOV. No new add-ons for the previous version shall be available upon EOL. Bug fixes will no longer be available.
End of Support Life (EOSL) shall occur 12 months from EOL. No support calls or requests will be accepted upon EOSL.
